Most HR professionals are confronted from time to time with international employment issues, and may struggle in dealing with them. It appears, however, to be quite difficult to find training programs in this area of expertise.
A visit to the Dutch Expatise web site may be interesting for them. Expatise is a non-commercial, professional collaborative network, acting as a support organisation of employers and coming up with workable solutions for expatriates.
On 25 September 2014, Expatise will organise a one day Asia Convention in Amsterdam. The conference offers live or live online classes on the compliance requirements in the fields of immigration, labour law, social security and taxation. There will also be country specific lessons and peer to peer discussion sessions. Finally round table discussions will also take place, introduced by top managers and industry specialists.
